About The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse to provide nursing care for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC pin, previous experience working in complex care, and a compassionate and patient personality.
Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care, including wound care and medication administration
- Assessing patients’ health status and providing appropriate care
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educating patients and their families on healthcare and self-care
- Keeping accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration
- Previous experience working in home care or community health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
